Our company offers a remote / Work From Home (WFH) working arrangement. Therefore, candidates are expected to be able to work independently, maintain discipline, and take full responsibility for managing tasks from home.

We are currently looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Secretary Admin to support one of our Managers. This position will primarily involve managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth company operations.

As this role requires frequent communication with international travel and trading companies, strong English proficiency, both written and spoken, is essential.

We are seeking an individual with excellent time management skills, the ability to work independently, and a high level of professionalism in a remote working environment.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Provide administrative support to the Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with coordinating international communication and correspondence.
  • Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and other logistical tasks.
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases.
  • Monitor and manage the Manager’s calendar and appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication promptly and professionally.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration or related field, or at least a diploma (SMK) in Office Administration.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory, as the position involves frequent communication with international companies.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and from home.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
