Retail Sales

Ubud Raw Chocolate & Cacao is an artisanal chocolate company specializing in high-quality cacao products with a strong retail presence. The Retail Sales position is responsible for daily store operations, customer service, and sales transactions while ensuring product presentation and operational standards are consistently maintained.

1. Serve customers at the retail store by providing product information and appropriate recommendations.
2. Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
3. Handle cash and non-cash payments, including daily cash reconciliation.
4. Monitor and manage product stock, including restocking and basic inventory control.
5. Maintain product display and store appearance in accordance with company standards.
6. Apply hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety procedures in the work area.
7. Support upselling and cross-selling activities during customer interactions.

• Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or sales is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to operate cash registers or POS systems.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills for customer service purposes.
• Familiar with sales transactions and cash handling procedures.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
