Senior Construction Lead

PT KLNR Real Estate is a property development company specializing in premium and luxury villa projects. The Senior Construction Lead is responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring technical quality, effective coordination across teams, and alignment with approved timelines, budgets, and luxury construction standards.

• Oversee the execution of multiple premium and luxury villa projects at different construction stages
• Ensure consistent construction quality and finishing standards across all project sites
• Review drawings, technical specifications, and site conditions to identify potential risks and construction issues early
• Coordinate and align work activities with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Provide technical direction and practical construction solutions to site supervisors and project teams
• Address critical technical and execution issues directly without excessive micro-management
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with approved schedules, cost controls, and quality expectations
• Maintain clear project reporting and coordination with internal management and related stakeholders

• Minimum 12 years of experience in high-end residential or luxury villa construction projects
• Proven experience managing multiple construction sites or projects simultaneously
• Strong technical knowledge of structural works, MEP coordination, and finishing works
• Ability to read, evaluate, and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications
• Demonstrated capability in cross-functional coordination and on-site decision-making
• Willingness to be present on-site as required by project needs
• MinimumDiplomaorBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
