Marketing Manager

Mata Property is looking for a Marketing Manager to structure, lead, and execute our marketing strategy across digital channels.

This is a key role. You will work directly with management and be responsible for visibility, lead generation, and brand consistency.

• Define and execute the global marketing strategy (online & offline)
• Manage digital channels: website, SEO, social media, email marketing
• Oversee content creation (photos, videos, reels, campaigns)
• Work closely with sales and agents to support lead generation
• Track performance, ROI, and optimize campaigns
• Manage internal partners (videographer, editing , photographers)

• Proven experience in marketing (real estate or luxury sector is a strong plus)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
• Structured, autonomous, results-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Fluent English required (Indonesian is a plus)
