Junior Architect

Develop design concept, 3D Visualizations and Schematic drawings for architectural project, both commercial and residential projects

• Make 2D technical drawings, schematic layout & 3D digital models and renderings using computer software
• Help brainstorm ideas and develop early design concept
• Research material specifications for projects
• Help organize project files and prepare presentation material
• Commiunicate with contractors, engineers, another vendors to track progress and relay project details
• Visit construction sites occasionally to observe work progress and help verify current field conditions

• Open to all ages and levels of experience
• Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Architecture
• Strong sense of aesthetic and design taste
• Passionate about architecture, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Have good communication skill
• Ability to work individually or in a team
• Good time management & able to work within timeframes
• Proficiency in architectural software
