As an HRGA Specialist for Contractor Oil & Gas Industries, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Human Resources, General Affairs, and Administration functions. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing office supplies and facilities, and supporting general administrative activities.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee development processes.
  • Handle employee compensation, payroll, and benefits.
  • Maintain office facilities, supplies, and handle general administrative duties.
  • Oversee employee relations and support performance management activities.
  • Align HR strategies with company goals and business needs.
  • Promote and preserve a positive company culture.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure company compliance with labor laws and corporate regulations.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and General Affairs roles.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is an advantage.

Keahlian yang dibutuhkan :

Administration, i.e. HR, Legal, and IT such as arranging payroll, employee benefit, working contract, lease agreement, review legal documents, deeds of establishment, etc.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
