Frontliner

ICON Mall Bali is a shopping destination in Denpasar offering a wide range of retail and lifestyle tenants. We are seeking a Frontliner to represent the mall at the entrance area, provide accurate information to visitors, and ensure a welcoming and well-organized arrival experience.

• Welcome and direct visitors according to established service standards.
• Assist guests upon arrival and departure at the main entrance area.
• Provide clear information regarding tenants, facilities, promotions, and ongoing events.
• Support elderly guests, children, and visitors with special needs when required.
• Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the entrance area in line with operational standards.
• Coordinate with security and customer service teams to address visitor inquiries or situations.

• Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a shopping mall environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
• Understanding of customer service standards and public area operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an operational team.
