Compliance

Manage and ensure Social Compliance, including Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards. 

• Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring the company’s compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct periodic compliance audits and review business processes to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
• Analyze and interpret relevant regulations related to the garment industry.
• Provide training and socialization of company policies and regulations to employees.
• Support policy implementation, improve operational efficiency, and develop procedures related to social and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate with regulators and prepare required compliance reports.
• Familiar with completing FEM, FDM, and FSLM High Index assessments.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–10 years of experience in corporate compliance, audit, or regulatory roles.
• Relevant competency certifications are preferred.
• Experience as a Social Compliance Officer in garment or footwear manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills in legal and regulatory compliance.
• Detail-oriented, high integrity, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
