Rp 4 - 4.5 JutaTavolo Group Bali is a hospitality company operating restaurants in Kerobokan, Badung. We are seeking a Chef De Partie to manage a kitchen section, ensure food preparation follows established standards, and support daily kitchen operations while maintaining food quality, safety, and consistency.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes, standards, and portion control.
- Manage and supervise a designated kitchen section, including coordination with junior chefs or commis.
- Ensure quality control of ingredients, preparation processes, and finished dishes before service.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and proper food storage standards.
- Coordinate daily kitchen operations, production planning, and special requests with the Sous Chef.
- Monitor food cost usage, stock rotation, and minimize kitchen waste.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment in accordance with safety and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Hotel Management (or equivalent culinary training).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional restaurant or full-service hotel kitchen.
- Experience supervising a kitchen section or leading junior kitchen staff.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and temperature control.
- Ability to manage kitchen production planning and maintain food quality consistency.
- English communication skills for kitchen coordination and operational reporting.
- Availability to work based on restaurant operational schedules.
