PT Brown Tree International is seeking a talented and driven Retail Business Development professional with fluency in Mandarin and a proven track record in the retail industry. This position plays a key role in supporting our retail expansion and establishing strategic partnerships across Indonesia.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

- Identify and pitch potential retail partners (e.g., malls, co-branding opportunities, new locations) - Lead business discussions, negotiations, and contract finalizations in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia - Conduct market research and location assessments for new store openings - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of retail projects. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners and stakeholders.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Management, or a related field - Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or business development

Keahlian yang dibutuhkan :

In-depth understanding of retail operations and market dynamics in Indonesia - Fluent in Mandarin spoken and written and Bahasa Indonesia - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
