PT Advanced Offshore Services are currently hiring for Office Admin Staff. As part of business expansion for a well established company situated in South Jakarta, providing services to the Oil and Gas sectors, is seeking qualified professionals to fill in position as Office Administrator. Office Administrator are responsible for general administration tasks within an office environment.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Assist the Manager in managing day-to-day office operations.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence, and meeting arrangements.
  • Maintain and organize the company’s filing and document control system.
  • Support overall administrative and clerical functions within the office.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

  •  Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Administration, or Secretarial Studies from a reputable university or academy.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to communicate effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office applications.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
