Gaji DirahasiakanCV Surya Visala Makmur is an export-oriented FMCG manufacturing and trading company based in South Bekasi with principals in Hong Kong. The Admin Accounting role supports daily financial administration, ensuring accurate recording of transactions, documentation, and financial data management to maintain smooth company operations and reporting.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Manage daily financial administration including data entry, invoicing, and processing receipts
- Maintain financial databases and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
- Handle accounts payable by coordinating with vendors and procurement activities
- Manage accounts receivable and monitor incoming payments
- Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting month-end closing processes
- Support payroll administration and bank reconciliation documentation
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
- Minimum education Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Office Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or administrative finance, preferably in an export-oriented company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage financial data entry, invoicing, and documentation accurately
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with financial reporting processes and basic accounting documentation
- Preferably domiciled in South Bekasi
