Account Executive

PT. Comtronics Systems is a technology solutions provider serving business and institutional clients. The Account Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead identification to achieving sales targets for the company’s products and solutions.

• Identify and manage potential leads for company products and services
• Conduct sales activities via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
• Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations and sales proposals
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure proper documentation of sales activities
• Execute the sales process in accordance with company procedures
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Minimum education:Diploma (D3) in any major;open to fresh graduates
• Experience in B2B or B2G sales for at least 1year is an advantage
• Proficient in using Google Workspace for sales and reporting activities
• Strong business communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of sales processes, quotation, and proposal preparation
• Possession of a valid driving license (SIMA or SIMC) and personal vehicle
