To work in the front desk, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standard required by the hotel. As well as all transaction are posted during the shift. Each shift must be balance

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

1. To attend to guests who approach the front desk, immediately, cordially, and with a smile.

2. To attend to hotel guests in the procedure of registering, enquiries, key handling, message and all related matters. 

3. To register the guest promptly ensuring that they are provided with all the necessary information. 

4. To enter all guest folios into computer immediately and accurately. 

5. To ensure the telephone is answered promptly and clearly, ensuring a courteous and friendly manner. 

6. To take room reservations effectively, efficiently and as laid out on the proper reservation form. 

7. To place emphasis on in-house restaurants, facilities and other Prime Plaza destinations. 

8. To handle both individual FIT guests, and group checks-out according standard procedure. 

9. To arrange guest bills into respective pockets and verify recurrences. 

10. To post all charges immediately to the guest folios.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

*Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position in a 4 or 5-star hotel 

*Proven analytical, pro-active, and reliable professional 

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 

*Good communication and negotiation skills 

*Driving skills preferred

*Ability to work hard and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude (both position)
