Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and support business growth. The ideal candidate will be experienced in both digital and traditional marketing, have a strong sense of content creation, and be comfortable working closely with sales and communications teams.

• Creating engaging content such as blog posts, videos, and social media posts to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement • Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts and support lead generation and customer acquisition • Analyzing marketing performance data and providing insights to optimize campaigns and strategies • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's marketing approach • Assisting with the management of the company's online presence, including website and social media platforms

• 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the Marketing & Communications industry • Creative mindset and the ability to think strategically to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns • Comfortable giving speeches / presentations in front of people • Willing to travel across Indonesia for work assignments
