IT (Hard ware) Officer

To support our growing operations, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated IT (Hardware) Officer to join our team.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues in a timely manner • Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on computer systems, peripherals, and other IT equipment • Assist with the installation, configuration, and testing of new hardware and software • Provide effective training and guidance to end-users on the proper use of IT equipment • Maintain accurate documentation and inventory of all IT assets • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth running of the organisation's technology infrastructure

• Relevant technical certification or diploma in computer science or a related field • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support or hardware maintenance role • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willing to travel across Indonesia for work assignments
