Operation Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operation Assistant Manager to oversee and coordinate daily operational activities across departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing process efficiency, supporting senior management, and aligning operational strategies with overall business objectives.

- Oversee and coordinate all operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. - Identify and implement improvements to streamline processes and reduce costs. - Provide strategic and operational support to senior management. - Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment with business goals. - Manage, mentor, and develop operational team members. - Ensure all operational practices comply with company policies and government regulations.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational managerial role, preferably in Consumer Goods, Retail, Hospitality, or Logistics.
