Manajer Produksi

PT Karina Cipta Gemilang membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk bergabung sebagai Manajer Produksi yang akan bertanggung jawab dalam pengawasan proses produksi dari bahan baku hingga produk jadi.

1. Oversee and manage daily production operations from raw material handling to finished goods 2. Plan and ensure production targets are met in terms of quality, quantity, and deadlines 3. Supervise the production team, ensure discipline, hygiene, and compliance with SOPs 4. Control raw material usage (COGS), monitor production efficiency, and minimize waste 5. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in all production activities 6. Coordinate with warehouse, QA/QC, and retail operations for smooth product distribution 7. Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports 8. Plan workforce needs, equipment usage, and support capacity development 9. Train, assess, and continuously develop the production team’s competencies 10. Report all production activities and evaluations to the Head of Production or Senior Management

1. Minimum education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in any major (preferably Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management) 2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Manager in the food & beverage (F&B) industry 3. Experienced in managing production teams and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
