Sales Assistant Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

We are seeking a talented Sales Assistant Manager (Cold/Hot Rolled Steel - Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team at PT. POSCO INTERNATIONAL INDONESIA. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers. Your fluency in Mandarin will be a significant asset as you navigate the diverse landscape of our operations in Indonesia.

• Conducting all Sales processes (quotations, negotiating terms, and checking all commercial terms of offer and order of acceptance) to ensure compliance with Levels of Authority and other relevant policies, including shipping document preparation according tothe date of delivery/shipment schedule. • Ensure accurate and timely completion of each sales process in a clear and timely manner. • Monitor and follow up with ongoing orders, shipment delivery, and customers' requirements. • Monitoring accounts receivable and coordinating with the Finance Department to ensure timely invoicing and follow up with customers (whenever required) to ensure prompt collection. • Proactively handles every situation that arises and ais ble to give proper problem-solving with analytical thinking. • Available for business trip (both domestic and international)

• Bachelor's degree in Chinese Literature/Economics/ Business / International Business/Engineering-related major • At least 2-3 years’ experience in Sales with English speaking environment
