Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for managing the full sales process of elevator and escalator products, from prospecting and client engagement to proposal submission and deal closing. This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to understand the needs of vertical building projects in both commercial and residential sectors.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

- Identify and develop potential customers for new and existing building projects. - Prepare and present proposals and price quotations to clients. - Deliver product presentations and provide technical consultations. - Maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, and project owners. - Lead negotiations and close sales contracts. - Coordinate with technical, engineering, and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction. - Achieve sales targets set by the company. - Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

- Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management. - 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction, engineering, or elevator/escalator industry. - Willing to work with targets and travel for business purposes.

Keahlian yang dibutuhkan :

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Basic technical knowledge of elevator and escalator systems training will be provided if needed. - Strong presentation and persuasion abilities. - Good time management and organizational skills. -
