Responsible for recruitment, scouting, selecting, and processing suitable crew based on vessel requirement

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

- Sourcing, scouting, and selecting crew based on vessel requirement - Registering and registering the application documents of crew candidates, including important documents such as seaman book, passport, certificate, checkup, etc. - Sending crew candidate data by competency to the Marine Superintendent or Technical Superintendent for an early interview - Assisting & ensuring all documents are valid as per STCW 2010 - Make reports of crewing and recruitment activities (numbers of crews recruited and resigned during the reporting period, the vessels, crew levels, etc.) - Conduct mess visits to scout the best talent. - Cover any additional job orders as and when instructed by the Crewing Manager / VP Crewing.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree - At least 1 year of working experience in the crewing area - Preferably, a candidate with experience in a manning agency or recruitment company/Manpower company/ PJTKI

Keahlian yang dibutuhkan :

Ms Office - Solid knowledge of maritime laws and regulations - Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills with outstanding proficiency in English. - Bisa Photoshop lebih baik - Bisa bahasa Inggris lebih baik
