Social Media Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Freelancer based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Social Media Freelancer will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating and curating content, social media live streaming, and engaging with the community. Day-to-day tasks include planning and scheduling posts, monitoring social media channels for trends and conversations, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop social media strategies. The role also involves analyzing social media metrics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.

- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts - Create, curate, and schedule engaging content - Respond to customer messages and comments in a timely, professional manner - Host regular live streaming sessions to boost engagement - Monitor trends and conversations across social platforms to inform content strategies - Track performance using social media analytics tools and provide actionable insights

- Minimum high school diploma (Fresh graduates are welcome) - Experience in the logistics or delivery industry is a plus
