NegosiasiNusa Medica Clinic is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Coordinator – Call Centre to join our team. This role serves as the main point of contact in coordinating patients, insurance companies, and medical teams to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient medical evacuation processes.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Act as the main liaison in the call centre, managing communication with patients, insurance providers, and medical teams.
- Coordinate and facilitate medical evacuation services, ensuring all parties are informed and procedures are followed correctly.
- Maintain professional communication across internal teams and external partners.
- Provide real-time updates and ensure all records are accurate and complete.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Prior experience in a call centre or operations coordination role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
Keahlian yang dibutuhkan :
Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability. - Experience in dealing with insurance companies, including understanding payment guarantees. - Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indo
