PT Jingsheng Technology Jakarta is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our live streaming division. You will be responsible for managing inquiries and complaints in English via chat, ensuring smooth user experiences, and upholding platform standards. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, digital environment.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

* Respond to user inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally through official channels 

* Monitor and review host evaluations to ensure compliance with platform standards 

* Report technical bugs and issues based on user feedback 

* Contribute to improving customer support workflows and problem-resolution efficiency 

* Maintain in-depth knowledge of platform features, policies, rules, and promotional events * Assist in app and event testing when required 

* Support translation checks to ensure content accuracy

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

* Holds a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 

* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support 

* Fluent in both written and spoken English 

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

* Able to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends 

* Detail-oriented, patient, and committed to customer satisfaction 

* Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team
