Customer Service (Live Streaming)
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
* Respond to user inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally through official channels
* Monitor and review host evaluations to ensure compliance with platform standards
* Report technical bugs and issues based on user feedback
* Contribute to improving customer support workflows and problem-resolution efficiency
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of platform features, policies, rules, and promotional events * Assist in app and event testing when required
* Support translation checks to ensure content accuracy
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
* Holds a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support
* Fluent in both written and spoken English
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends
* Detail-oriented, patient, and committed to customer satisfaction
* Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team
