Web App Operations & Support (Senior Engineer)

PT Asia Outsourcing Service is looking for an experienced Web App Operations & Support (Senior Engineer) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to merchants, assisting with the implementation of mini apps, and acting as a bridge between developers and end users to ensure a seamless experience.

•  Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to network connectivity, webpage rendering, and JavaScript
•  Assist merchants throughout the mini app implementation and onboarding process
•  Create and maintain technical documentation such as onboarding guides and FAQs
•  Communicate user issues clearly to the development team and help test new updates or features
•  Explain technical solutions in a simple and user-friendly manner to non-technical users 

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with a focus on systems or networking
•  Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in web development, technical support, or software implementation
•  Strong understanding of web technologies and technical troubleshooting
•  Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
•  Excellent communication and collaboration skills
•  Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST API, SQL, and browser developer tools
•  Familiar with monitoring and logging tools like Sentry, New Relic, or Datadog
•  Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus 

Recommended Experience

•  Previous roles such as Technical Support Engineer, IT Support Specialist, Web Developer (focused on troubleshooting), Implementation Consultant, or Merchant Support Specialist
•  Hands-on experience assisting merchants or clients in implementing web or mini applications
•  Experience documenting technical processes for non-technical audiences
