We are looking for a Freelance Brand & Product Development to help develop product concepts, branding directions, and creative strategies aligned with SAPA’s identity and vision. This role is suitable for someone who is passionate about branding, trends, product innovation, and storytelling through products and visuals.

• Conduct market, trend, and competitor research for product development
• Identify and develop new product ideas based on market needs
• Create branding concepts and product positioning
• Provide direction for product visual concepts and packaging
• Create branding briefs and guidelines aligned with brand identity
• Assist in the product development process from ideation to launch
• Ensure brand identity consistency across all platforms and products
• Evaluate and improve product and branding concepts

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Brand Development or Product Development
• Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and product strategy
• Skilled in market research and trend analysis
• Strong design sense and creative thinking skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Up to date with digital trends and consumer behavior
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
