The Real Estate Assistant assists in various tasks related to property management and transactions. This includes conducting market research, preparing property listings, coordinating property viewings, and assisting clients throughout the buying or renting process. Additionally, the assistant helps in administrative tasks such as drafting contracts, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents and brokers, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and preparing documents.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing property listings, marketing materials, and online postings.
  • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
  • Maintain and update client databases, property records, and transaction files.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct market research and gather property-related data to support agents in pricing and negotiations.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

  • Proven experience in administrative or real estate support roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with real estate software or CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Basic understanding of real estate processes and documentation is a plus.
