Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant supports the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote products or services. They conduct market research, analyze consumer behaviour, and assist in creating marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising. The assistant assists in managing marketing materials, coordinating promotional events, and tracking campaign performance metrics to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

- Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns (advertising, social media, email marketing, events, etc.).

- Conduct market research and trend analysis to understand customer needs and competitive positioning.

- Create promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, social media content, and more.

- Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing effectiveness.

- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.

- Minimum 1 year experience in sales/marketing (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

- Skilled in managing social media, advertising campaigns, and marketing content.

- Creative, analytical, and up-to-date with market trends.

- Strong communication and writing skills.
