Accounting Officer

PT Bali Moda Busana is a growing fashion company based in Bali, specializing in digital retail and high-quality apparel. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Officer to support our digital finance operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Perform digital sales reconciliation, including invoices and credit notes
• Reconcile purchases related to digital sales transactions
• Perform accurate digital tax reconciliation and support in digital tax reporting
• Prepare journal entries for damaged goods and lost shipments
• Reconcile digital payment transactions (e.g. Shopify, PayPal)
• Review paid Sales Orders not yet invoiced
• Reconcile gift card transactions
• Handle dispute resolutions for digital transactions (Shopify, PayPal)
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules
• Support audit process

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
• Proficient in English (both verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Xero)
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, willingness to learn
• Knowledge of tax regulations is a strong advantage
