Sales Admin Assistant

PT. Bali Moda Busana is a fashion and manufacturing company based in Bali, known for delivering high-quality products to international markets. We are currently looking for a dedicated Sales Admin Assistant to support our sales operations by handling customer inquiries, managing sales data, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments

• Handling orders, request, inquiry, complaint from customer and agent by email
• Create sales order in ERP system and sending order confirmation to the customer
• Chasing payment to the customer and coordinate with agents
• Follow up orders to the production and warehouse team
• Handling return/ swap process from customer
• Update ATS stock at broker's warehouse in daily basis
• Update and resizing picture of new collection in website JOOR and DEAR

• Education : Bachelor Degree in any field
• Experienced in Accounting field (Account Receivable)
• Excellent communication skills, confidence, the heart for service, team spirit, fast learner. multitasking
• Refined verbal and written communication skills in english
• Proficient knowledge of computer applications (Ms. Excel, ms. word, ms. power point)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in fashion/ manufacture would be a plus
• At least 2 years administrative experience required
