We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Mining Engineering to oversee and manage all technical aspects of our coal mining operations in South Kalimantan. This role requires a deep understanding of mining regulations, licensing, and risk management to ensure smooth operations while complying with legal standards.

Manage and obtain all necessary mining licenses and certifications. Review and ensure the completeness of legal and regulatory documentation. Assess and mitigate legal risks in contracts and business transactions. Ensure compliance with mining, environmental, and corporate regulations. Represent the company in legal matters, including contract negotiations and dispute resolution. Provide strategic legal advice to management on risk management and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Geology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal or regulatory role within the mining industry. Proven experience in handling mining licenses, contracts, and regulatory compliance. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
