- Providing Expert Legal Advice: Offering strategic and practical legal counsel on a wide range of issues relevant to the client's needs and industry. This often includes interpreting laws, regulations, and contracts. - Legal Research and Analysis: Conducting thorough research on complex legal matters, analyzing relevant statutes, case law, and regulatory developments to provide informed advice. - Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identifying potential legal risks and developing strategies to minimize those risks for clients. This involves proactive advice and the implementation of preventive measures. - Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents: Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents such as contracts, agreements, policies, and other legal correspondence to ensure they are legally sound and protect the client's interests. - Compliance Management: Advising clients on regulatory compliance requirements and assisting in the development and implementation of compliance programs. Strategic Legal Planning: Developing and implementing legal strategies that align with the client's overall business objectives. - Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business and legal needs, and acting as a trusted advisor.

Experienced in Legal Consultant Agency at least 3-5 years. Bachelor of Law or others
