Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

- Fulfill HRD job and duties and ensuring HR activities are aligned with company strategy - Coordinate with the Project Manager on all HR related issues - Arrange solutions and projects to resolve organizational problems and issues - Implement, manage, and interpret applicable company policies and programs - Assess the human resources and management training needs, design, and facilitate training programs

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

- Degree in Law / Psychology / Accounting / Human Resource or related field from reputable University - Minimum > 2 years working experience in the related field - Supervisor/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent. - To start work immediately.
