Finance Accounting Tax (FAT) Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven FAT Manager to oversee and optimize our financial operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and providing strategic financial guidance to support Lumbung Dana Indonesia, a growing P2P Fintech in Indonesia.

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets, - Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to identify trends and opportunities, - Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to ensure optimal performance, - Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, - Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, - Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, - Prepare and file regulatory reports with OJK, - Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, - Prepare and file tax returns, including corporate income tax, VAT, and withholding tax, - Manage tax audits and assessments,

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, - Brevet A/B certificate, - Familiarity with DJP Online, - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within finance, accounting, and tax, - Willing to work in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
