Marketing Manager (Beauty Industry)

PT Aura Cantika Lestari is a growing beauty company specializing in high-quality skincare and cosmetics. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager who can drive innovative strategies, manage compelling product campaigns, and grow brand awareness in both digital and offline channels.

1.Lead end-to-end brand marketing strategies and product storytelling in the beauty industry 2.Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives including social media, influencer campaigns, paid media, email marketing, and CRM 3.Collaborate with creative teams to deliver strong visual and copy assets aligned with brand tone 4.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, consumer behavior, and KPIs for continuous improvement 5.Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely and successful product launches 6.Oversee budget allocation, ROI tracking, and reporting of marketing activities 7.Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine positioning and promotions 8.Manage and mentor marketing team members for performance and growth

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. -3–7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or personal care industry. -Experience launching and promoting beauty products (DTC, retail, or professional channels). -Familiarity with product development cycles, go-to-market strategies, and seasonal campaign planning. -Strong communication and presentation skills. -Excellent organizational and project management abilities. -Passionate about the beauty industry, with a pulse on emerging trends and competitors. -Willing to be placed at Golf Island, PIK North Jakarta
