Key Account Coordinator

Our US principal partner is looking for a suitable candidate to coordinate the shipments of a key customer. The customer is a US multinational consumer good companies with several manufacturing facilities in Greater Jakarta area. Reporting to Asia Head Quarter in Hongkong, the selected candidate will have the main tasks of monitoring and coordinating all import and export shipments with the selected vendors to ensure that all SLI (Service Level Indicators) agreed with the customer are met. The candidate will perform basic-to-advanced level operational tasks to meet the transportation needs of customers. With a sharp focus on data integrity, quality and efficiency, the individual may perform operational task work in support of a specific customer, vertical segment or within a centralized operations center. Specific responsibilities will vary depending upon the type of assignment.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

• Order management and coordination. Follow SOP guidance. • Place freight booking to booking agent or forwarder (Sea or Air/Cross-border truck). • Monitor booking status and follow up with factory for loading process. • Coordinate submission of SI/VGM/Documents to carrier. • Prepare shipping documents to CNEE. • Pre-alert to shippers and CNEE. • Verify carrier BL and invoice, settle payment once confirmed. • Prepare In/out customs declaration documents, and reports. • Cross checking customs declaration result and amend if any. • Prepare regular meeting material and reports.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) - At least 1 year of experience in a related logistics or coordination role
