Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

1. Handle calls and respond to texts/emails from local and international customer in a professional manner 2. Regularly communicate with clients and business partner 3. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns 4. Work towards increasing the number of clients 5. Clearly explain trip packages to potential clients 6. Provide clients with all necessary information before their trips 7. Build and maintain a positive image of the company for consumers 8. Collaborate with Finance and Accounting for invoicing

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

· D3 or S1 degree in a relevant field · Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role · Willing to work on the weekend

Fluent in English spoken amp
written Customer service skills are a plus Strong administrative, teamwork, and communication skills Detail-oriented and well-organized
