Junior Project Estimator

PT Global Multindo Cipta is looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Junior Project Estimator to support project cost estimation from initial design to proposal preparation. This role suits candidates with a strong interest in construction and technical planning who are eager to grow in the industry.

1.Assist in calculating work volumes based on technical drawings or preliminary designs. 2.Gather and organize price data for materials, labor, and equipment from suppliers/vendors. 3.Support the preparation of initial project cost estimates (Bill of Quantities/Budget Plan). 4.Coordinate with client for basic technical clarifications. 5.Maintain and archive estimation documents. 6.Input data into project estimation systems or templates. 7.Provide support in preparing project bid proposals.

- Minimum Vocational High School education majoring in Building Drawing / Construction / Plumbing, Roofing with proficiency in AutoCAD - This position is open for local candidates, preferably those based in Surabaya and surrounding areas.
