Senior Tax Accounting

GLS Consulting is a professional consulting firm providing tax and accounting services to corporate clients. The Senior Tax Accounting role is responsible for managing financial reporting and corporate tax compliance, ensuring accuracy, regulatory adherence, and effective coordination with internal management and external parties.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage corporate tax compliance including VAT, Withholding Tax, and Corporate Income Tax.
• Prepare and submit tax reports in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
• Perform tax reconciliation and ensure timely tax payments.
• Manage general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and reviews.
• Provide financial analysis and data-based recommendations to management.
• Supervise and support junior accounting staff in daily accounting and tax activities.
• Monitor updates in tax regulations and accounting standards and ensure proper implementation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tax and accounting functions.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in accounting software, particularly Accurate, and tax reporting systems.
• Experience in financial analysis and structured reporting.
• Possession of Brevet A&B certification is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate financial and tax information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in written and spoken English for professional and reporting purposes.
• Capable of preparing and delivering structured presentations when required.
