Finance Manager

GOA SAYA, part of Saya Group, is a hospitality brand located in PIK 2, Jakarta, built on the idea of balance — between creativity and structure, warmth and precision.

We’re growing our operations and looking for a Finance Manager who can help us strengthen the foundation that supports our craft.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong financial background in hospitality or F&B, who values integrity, attention to detail, and collaboration as much as numbers.

• Oversee and manage daily financial operations including bookkeeping, reporting, and reconciliation.

• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost-control strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.

• Analyze financial performance, provide actionable insights, and support management in decision-making.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and transparency across operations.

• Manage vendor payments and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports for management review.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting (F&B / hospitality industry preferred).

• Strong understanding of bookkeeping, budgeting, and cost control systems.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

• Trustworthy, meticulous, and proactive in problem-solving.

• Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.
