Finance Accounting & Tax Manager

We are seeking an highly skilled and experienced Finance Accounting and Tax (FAT) Manager. As a FAT Manager, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of the Finance Accounting Department. Your role will involve planning, organizing, reporting and controlling financial operations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Additionally, you will provide operations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Additionally, you will provide valuable financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive growth.

1. Monitor and analyze cash flow, financial performance, and cost control measures.
2. Manage monthly and annual closing of accounts and prepare monthly and annual financial reports to ensure compliance with Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK).
3. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support decision-making.
4. Ensure compliance with Indonesia Tax Regulations and Financial Policies.
5. Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and cost efficiency.
6. Manage relationships with Banks, Auditors, Independent Appraisals (KJPP) and Actuary for pension plan calculation.
7. Lead a team to enhance financial processes and internal controls.
8. Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures. 

1. Bachelor Graduated in Finance and Accounting from reputable university, majoring Accounting, min GPA 3,00.
2. Have a strong understanding of Financial Reporting Standards (PSAK / IFRS) and Indonesian taxation regulations.
3. Minimum (5-7) years of work experience in the public accounting firm (KAP). 
4. Minimum (5-7) years of work experience as a FAT Manager.
5. Certified Tax Brevet A & B is preferred.
6. Experience in preparing the management performance report, cash flow projections, budget, and audit report.
7. Computer proficiency in Excel / MS Office - Word, PowerPoint and Accounting System ERP SAP is preferred.
8. Candidate has good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
9. High attention to detail and accuracy.
