Accounting Tax Manager

Oversee and manage the company’s Accounting and Tax functions to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Indonesian Taxation, including PPh, PPN/VAT, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, tax reporting, and applicable tax regulations.
• Proven experience in preparing monthly and annual financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis.
• Experienced in Accounting & Tax reconciliation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency of financial and tax reports.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Able to review and control Accounting & Tax transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective internal controls.
• Experienced in handling internal and external audits, including audit preparation, communication with auditors, responding to audit queries, and following up on audit findings.
• Proficient in ERP/accounting systems.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Tax, including significant experience in a managerial or leadership position.

Leadership & Communication

• Proven experience in managing, supervising, and developing an Accounting & Tax team.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate confidently in meetings, presentations, coordination, and business correspondence.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Able to work effectively under tight deadlines and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Certification

• Brevet A & B certification is required.

Preferred Qualifications / Advantages

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Brevet C or other relevant tax certifications.
