Accounting & Finance

PT Cahaya Abadi Packaging Technology is seeking a dedicated Accounting & Finance Staff to support the company's financial operations. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records, preparing financial reports, managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), performing bank reconciliations, handling petty cash, and processing payments to suppliers and vendors. The position also involves assisting with budgeting, payroll administration, maintaining well-organized financial documentation, coordinating with tax consultants and auditors, and preparing financial reports and analyses to support management decision-making. The successful candidate is expected to contribute to improving the efficiency of the company's financial processes while supporting the daily operations of the Accounting & Finance department in a packaging printing manufacturing environment.

• Prepare and submit monthly VAT tax returns for General VAT Taxpayers (PKP).
• Maintain accounting records and prepare tax invoices (e-Faktur) in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare and submit the Company's Annual Corporate Income Tax Return (Annual SPT).
• Prepare and submit the Annual Individual Income Tax Returns (Annual SPT) for Directors and Shareholders.
• Prepare and submit investment reports to the relevant government authorities.
• Prepare and submit AHU (Legal Entity Administration System) reports and corporate compliance documents.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax and statutory reporting requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 year of job-related experience as Finance Staff.
• Good understanding of financial and administrative tasks.
• Experienced in handling banking transactions and daily financial operations.
• Daily cash flow control and management.
• Reporting and reconciliation responsibilities.
• High integrity and trustworthy.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation regulations.
• Detail-oriented, good communication and coordination skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Mandarin proficiency will be considered an advantage.
