Tax Accounting Staff

Assisting clients and companies with their financial and income tax statements. These qualified professionals research, study and interpret tax law. Their work includes preparing payments, identifying tax savings, and analyzing tax issues.

1. Input all transaction and do the closing process for client’s bookkeeping.
2. Perform accurate monthly, annual tax calculations, tax billing and tax reporting (SPT) for clients (e.g., PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN, etc.) based on client-provided data.
3. Assist with the registration and activation of NPWP (Tax ID), NPWPD (Local Tax ID), PHR (Pajak Hotel dan Restoran), and Sertel (Electronic Certificate for Tax Filing) for clients.
4. Perform Client’s LKPM calculation and reporting (OSS) for quarterly.
5. Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
6. Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, or in-person.
7. Provide advisory services and escalate complex issues to supervisors. 
8. Filling all documents financial statements and taxation.

1. Domiciled in Bali, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting , Brevet A/B certified is preferred.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation, with background from a consulting company is preferred.
4. Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
5. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
6. Proven experience in handling taxation (tax planning, audits and disputes) is an advantage.
7. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal, Xero, or similar).
