Accounting Staff
PT Icon Commodities Indonesia currently looking for Responsible for Accounting Staff who responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, record keeping, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. This role ensures that financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with applicable regulations.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1. Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., journal entries, accounts payable/receivable).
2. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
3. Reconcile bank statements and verify accuracy of transaction records.
4. Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
5. Maintain and organize accounting documents and files.
6. Assist in processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
7. Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
8. Assist with audits and tax reporting preparation.
9. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Keahlian :
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, Accurate)
2. Basic understanding of accounting principles and standards.
3. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Kualifikasi :
1. Good English proficiency is preferred
2. Education minimum Bachelor in Accounting
