7. Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
8. Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
9. Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices”

Work Experience
“1. Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor
2. Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
3. Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
4. Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
5. Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
8. Strong organisational and time management skills
9. BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
10. Strong reporting weekly, monthly in Excel”
