We are looking for staff to handle sourcing, cost comparison, and coordination of material purchases

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Maintain and update service provider database
Administrative support incl data searching and correspondences
Ensure incoming documents are correct and complete prior to data entry
Receive documentation of client requests, process to relevant contacts, and track status update
Maintain proper record and filing (hard copy and soft copy)

Syarat Pengalaman :
Fresh graduate are welcomed
Keahlian :

Understanding in Accurate software is a plus

Kualifikasi :

You will work from our office in Karang Tengah, Tangerang. Working hour is 7.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. Time management skill is most essential as we are a fast paced working environment with specific targets to be achieved to meet deadlines

7.30 – 16.30, Mon-Fri
