» Responsible to do sales and marketing process.
» Set up marketing planning, realizing, evaluating, monitoring and maintain sales and payment on progress.
» Collect information for inteligence marketing i.e Person in Charge of potential customer, competitor, potential project cargo, etc.
» Build and maintain relationship with customers and other party related to business (private & goverment department, Customs, EMKL, Warehouse, etc.)
» In the execution of daily tasks can coordinate internally with cross-related departments (finance, documents, operasional & general affair).
» Creating and preparing financial reports (Balance sheet, PNL, Cashflow, Changes in Capital, etc), monthly and yearly.
» Responsible in the management of accounting / Finance administration activities, especially documents transactions of receivable and payable.
» Monitor and process cash disbursement as payment media and ensure transaction documents are correct, accurate, timely and according to the rules.
» Review and analyze problems that arise in the department (mainly related to expenditure and income of funds) in accordance with the rules and regulations applicable.
» Monitor the Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards rules
» In the execution of daily tasks can coordinate internally with cross-related departments (marketing, documents, operasional & general affair).
» Carry out other tasks in an effort to achieve its departemental goals.

» Good knowledge on market trend and demand

» Able to provide quote to customers promptly
» Able to Possess practice in Freight Forwarding operations and management with good knowledge in shipping documents and custom procedures
» Develop the new clients and retain the existing clients
» Dedicated Sales performance against assigned target
» To respond to incoming queries and ensures the resolution of service
» To have good know-how of the service providers and customers
» Prepare and attend client meetings
Syarat Pengalaman :
Komputer, Microsoft Office, Internet
» Bachelor degree from all major, fresh graduate are welcome (mkt)
» Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent (acc)
» Know how to create finance report monthly and yearly (acc)
» Having Brevet A and B certificate will be advantage (acc)
» Singel, maximum 28 years old (mkt, acc)
» MS Office Literate and familiar with internet application (mail, web, skype, etc.) – (mkt, acc)
» Have interest in sales and marketing (mkt)
» Sales goal oriented and achive the target that has been set by the company (mkt, acc)
» Good communication skill language English (mkt, acc)
» Identifying and establishing contact with potential client proactively, negotiating the agreement and closing down the sales (mkt)
» Preferable have experience in export import process (mkt)
» Communicative, attractive and fast learner (mkt, acc)
