1. Tugas rutin
a. Melaksanakan pengaturan jadwal atau agenda kegiatan direktur
b. Melaksanakan periapan bahan kerja direktur

d. Menerima dan membalas telepon yang ditujukan kepada direktur
e. Membantu direktur memantau dan membuat progres report penyelesaian klien
2. Tugas berkala
Melaksanakan notulensi dalam kegiatan rapat berkala direktur
Mengumpulkan dan menyatukan seluruh rencana kerja dan anggaran setiap divisi untuk diperiksa dan disetujui oleh direktur
Mengumpulkan dan menyatukan seluruh laporan bulanan setiap divisi untuk diperiksa dan disetujui oleh direktur
Mengumpulkan laporan tahunan dari tiap divisi
3. Tugas insidental
Melaksanakan notulensi dalam rapat insidental direktur
Melaksanakan tugas lain yang relevan sesuai dengan instruksi atasan

Transfer data from paper formats into digital files or database systems
Transcribe documents from dictated tapes
Take notes at meetings with managers and others to create detailed texts
Edit completed work for grammar, spelling and punctuation
Gather and organize typing material
Create spreadsheets and presentations, combining various data from existing files
Maintain physical and digital filing systems
Scan and print files, as needed
Keep information confidential in accordance with security policies

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.

Ultimately, a Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Memfilter informasi dan sebagai sumber informasi bagi pimpinan dan menjalankan tugas, fungsi dan tanggungjawabnya.
Mengatur aktivitas perusahaan, mulai dari administrasi hingga human relations (HR).
Menjadi perantara pihak-pihak yang ingin berhubungan dengan pimpinan.
Menjadi mediator pimpinan dengan bawahan.
Memberikan ide-ide sebagai alternatif pemikiran pimpinan.
Pemegang rahasia penting pimpinan yang berkaitan dengan perusahaan.

Typist Responsibilities:
Proven work experience as a Typist, Data Entry Clerk, or Data Entry operator
Fast typing skills; using a touch typing system is a plus
Experience using data recorders and optical scanners
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets
Familiarity with office equipment
Strong English language skills
Attention to detail with an ability to spot grammar, spelling and punctuation errors

Receptionist Responsibilities:
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
Receiving and sorting daily mail
