The Senior Sales will be involved in the planning of sales and marketing strategies.This career is a good fit for someone who is passionate about wine and has strong sales skills. To do well in this career a Senior Sales will also need solid organisational skills, experience in the industry and advanced knowledge of wines. The role usually involves a great deal of travel, selling the wineries products to clients in a variety of locations.

Develop and implement sales strategies
Update clients on new product launches
Create an annual sales plan
Identify new clients for the wineries products
Conduct staff training programs
Organise wine deliveries for special events
Keep the sales team informed about changes to products
Analyse market trends and identify opportunities
Help to develop marketing strategies
Implement marketing strategies
Conduct wine sales analysis
Coordinate with the logistic team to ensure an adequate supply of wine
Perform all wine sales with respect to applicable laws
Be the face of the company at trade events
Support clients for training or touring
Provide training to sales staff

Syarat Pengalaman :
Sales Management, Social Media Savvy
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D3) or Degree (S1) in any major field (preferably in business, sales, marketing or hospitality).
-English fluent, grammar counts.
-Negotiation skills, sales technique and business analysis.
-Have at least 3 years experience in Sales Management in Wine Industry, Retail, Hospitality, Food and Beverage industry.
-Customer Service oriented and high achiever.
-Interested in being in the wine industry and capable of drinking wine
-Have your own vehicle and driving license.
